Strategic acquisition strengthens Crescent’s position in produced water treatment and process plant solutions

Crescent Engineering FZE is pleased to announce the acquisition of Process Group International Limited (PGIL), a long-established UK-based engineering company specialisng in produced water treatment technologies and complete water injection systems.


This strategic move brings the PGIL team into the Crescent Engineering Group, expanding our capabilities across engineering, research and development, and global project delivery. All future communications, contracts, and business matters previously managed by PGIL will now be handled directly by Crescent Engineering.

PGIL has earned a respected reputation for innovation and reliability in the produced water treatment sector, with deep roots dating back to the 1980s. The acquisition strengthens Crescent’s existing expertise in this field, particularly in technologies such as vacuum deaeration, deoxygenation, hydrocyclones for liquid and solids separation, and advanced media for nutshell filtration.
