Oily Wastewater Treatment
Oily Waste Water Treatment
Nowadays, many industries generate a great quantity of oily wastewater, which causes various adverse impacts on the surrounding environment and sanitary conditions , oily wastewater affects drinking water, groundwater resources, aquatic resources, and human health.
- Deoiling Hydrocyclones used to reduce oil in water content of waste water from typically 2000ppm down to <40ppm
- Pre-deoiling Hydrocyclones used to reduce oil in water content of waste water from typically 100,000ppm down to <500ppm
- Bulk Oil Hydrocyclones used to reduce oil in water content of waste water from typically 500,000ppm down to <500ppm
- Desanding Hydrocyclones used to reduce suspended solids in waste water from typically 100ppm to <10ppm which might relate to 98% of all SS particles > 15 microns
- Nutshell Filters used to reduce oil in water content of waste water from typically 50ppm down to <10ppm
- Induced Gas Flotation systems used to reduce oil in water and suspended solids by approx. 90% with feed levels up to 2000ppm oil and 100ppm SS
- Degassing Vessels used to remove small amounts of residual oil in water following primary treatment but more importantly to release gases retained in the water by means of pressure let down
- Dual Media Filters used to reduce oil in water content of waste water from typically 50ppm down to <10ppm and also to treat seawater, aquifers, and river water for reinjection giving filtration efficiencies of 98% removal of SS particles 2 microns and above
- Vacuum deoxygenation towers used to treat seawater, aquifers, and river water for reinjection typically reducing oxygen content from 7ppm down 10ppb
- Dissolved Air Flotation systems used to remove suspended solids and oil from waste water streams
- CPI / API Separators to remove free oil from water
